Ball's Price Chopper

I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life at a GROCERY STORE. I’m not sure if this store educates their associates on respect and the motto of “Customers are always right” I was approached due to checking out gosh for bid 36 items in apparently a 25 item only self check out. No signs stating that! I have shopped at plenty of Price chopper’s, and not once have ever been approached about the item amount I had checked out. I mean I could understand if the cart was completely full but my cart was nowhere near full. They were all small items like can goods! However an associate named Maggie continue to go back and fourth with me about it. Then after asking her for a manager she proceeded to walk towards me and put her finger in my face saying there’s my manager. I don’t know if it was her being racist because I’m biracial or not but I felt extremely offended and the fact that I’m 28 years old and no not to put my finger in someone’s face and the concept of personal boundaries and this older lady had little to no respect for that is a shame. They need to educate their associates better with respect and boundaries.

This is a great price chopper I have never had any issues here. I used to do track practice across the street and after a practice and get some snacks. Also big plus of this price chopper is they sell dry ice. I have never needed dry ice before except once. Had no clue where to buy it but thankfully they have it here and they made it very easy to buy. I believe it was 1.99 per lb and I got 10 lb. Overall though it is a great grocery store and the staff is very polite.
